Zinc Flake Coating
A thin inorganic coating containing zinc and aluminum flakes for corrosion protection without electroplating.

Anti-Corrosion Heavy-Duty Coating
Multi-layer coating systems designed for aggressive industrial and marine environments.

Chrome Plating System
Chrome plating is an electrochemical process that deposits a thin layer of chromium onto a metal substrate using direct current (DC) electricity and a chromium-based electrolyte. The resulting chromium layer provides exceptional wear resistance, corrosion protection, low friction, and an attractive metallic finish.
Chrome plating is available in two primary forms:
- Decorative Chrome Plating – Thin, bright coating primarily for appearance and moderate corrosion resistance.
- Hard Chrome Plating – Thick, engineered coating designed for wear resistance, dimensional restoration, and industrial performance.

Material Handling System
Transports products through each stage of the painting process while minimizing handling damage.

Paint Preparation System
Stores, mixes, filters, and supplies paint to the spray equipment under controlled conditions. Can be customized as required.

Wet Paint Spray Booth
An enclosed area where liquid paint is applied while controlling overspray and protecting operators. Depending on your criteria, we are able to offer you a vast of choices.

Paint Application Equipment
There are multiples choices of methodology to apply liquid paint uniformly onto the product surface.

Ventilation & Air Filtration System
Removes paint mist, solvent vapors, and airborne contaminants from the spray booth.

Flash-Off Zone/Dwelling
Allows solvents or water to evaporate before the painted part enters the drying oven. Usually carried out in an enclosed area or clean room.

Batch Direct Spray
Parts are loaded into a dedicated booth and each pre-treatment stage is sprayed manually or automatically using gun or nozzles. One booth can be dedicated to one or more chemicals based on specific needs. After one stage is completed, chemicals can be switched to the next process.

In-line Direct Spray
Products move continuously through a multi-stage spray tunnel or tank on a conveyor. Each stage has dedicated spray manifolds, recirculation and ventilation systems.

Dip Tank (Immersion/ Submerge)
Parts are completely immersed in chemical tanks and transferred from one stage to another using an overhead conveyor, hoist, or transfer carriage.
