Batch Epoxy Dipping System
A batch dipping system processes products one batch at a time, making it suitable for different product sizes, shapes, coating specifications, and production volumes.

Automated / Line-Integrated Epoxy Dipping System
For higher production volumes, the dipping process can be integrated into a continuous automated production line using overhead conveyors, Power & Free systems, lifting transporters, or custom material handling equipment.

Custom Epoxy Dipping System
We design custom immersion coating systems for products with unusual dimensions, high weight, complex geometries, or specialized coating requirements.

Epoxy Coating Tank
The coating tank is one of the most critical components of the system.

Epoxy Bath Circulation & Filtration
A properly designed circulation system helps maintain consistent coating properties.

Dipping & Withdrawal Control
The immersion and withdrawal process has a major influence on final coating thickness.

Draining / Drip Collection System
After the component is removed from the epoxy bath, excess coating needs to drain back into a controlled collection area.

Flash-Off Zone
A controlled flash-off zone allows solvents or other volatile components to evaporate before curing, where required by the coating formulation.

Epoxy Curing Oven
Depending on the epoxy formulation, curing can be achieved through ambient curing or controlled thermal curing. Where heat curing is required, the system can incorporate a dedicated industrial curing oven.
We design and build customized epoxy dipping coating systems for components requiring uniform protective coating, corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, chemical resistance, and enhanced service life, using an immersion process where prepared components are completely or partially submerged into an epoxy coating bath before controlled withdrawal and draining, followed by the required flash-off, drying, and curing process; our systems can be configured as batch dipping systems, automated production lines, or custom integrated systems depending on product dimensions, coating specifications, production volume, and factory layout, with a typical process consisting of Loading → Pre-Treatment → Rinse → Drying → Epoxy Dipping → Draining → Flash-Off → Curing → Cooling → Inspection → Unloading, while additional stages such as surface activation, primer application, multiple dipping cycles, or intermediate curing can be incorporated depending on the epoxy system.
