Batch Direct Spray
Parts are loaded into a dedicated booth and each pre-treatment stage is sprayed manually or automatically using gun or nozzles. One booth can be dedicated to one or more chemicals based on specific needs. After one stage is completed, chemicals can be switched to the next process.

In-line Direct Spray
Products move continuously through a multi-stage spray tunnel or tank on a conveyor. Each stage has dedicated spray manifolds, recirculation and ventilation systems.

Dip Tank (Immersion/ Submerge)
Parts are completely immersed in chemical tanks and transferred from one stage to another using an overhead conveyor, hoist, or transfer carriage.
A pre-treatment process is a series of chemical cleaning and surface-conditioning steps performed before coating, painting, powder coating, plating, anodizing, or other surface finishing operations, with the main objective of removing contaminants, improving coating adhesion, enhancing corrosion resistance, and ensuring consistent surface finishing quality; the pre-treatment process can be configured to suit your specific products and needs, with available treatment processes including Pre-Degreasing & Degreasing, Surface Conditioning, Conversion Coating, Pickling, Phosphating, Zirconium, Passivation/Seal Rinse, and Rinsing, and system types available in Batch Direct Spray, In-line Direct Spray, and Submerge (Dipping).
